Five-tier stratified substrate architecture.

A finished sticker is five engineered layers. Select a tier to see what it does and how thick it runs.

Tier 01 · surface0.9 mil

UV-absorbing cast polyvinyl fluoride

The optical shield. Blocks the wavelengths that fade pigment and keeps the surface scuff-free under a thumbnail.

Tier 02 · image0.4 mil

Dual-pass pigmented UV gel with spot white

Two ink passes with a white underbase, so colour sits the same on clear, kraft and holographic stock.

Tier 03 · structural2.0 – 8.0 mil

Cast polymeric vinyl or diffractive prism matrix

The body of the sticker. Cast vinyl for conformability, prism film when the piece needs to throw a rainbow.

Tier 04 · adhesive1.1 mil

Micro-grooved pressure-sensitive solvent acrylic

Air-egress channels let trapped bubbles escape during application, then the glue flows flat and closes them.

Prismatic rainbow holographic foil

Micro-embossed diffraction grating reflects a full spectrum, with a white spot layer printed underneath so artwork keeps its own colour.

Organic pulp

Heirloom botanical textured kraft

Uncoated recycled pulp with visible fibre through the print. Colour renders warm and slightly muted, which is the reason people choose it.

The thickest film we stock, laminated with a grit-textured topcoat. Engineered for aisles, loading bays and anywhere carts roll.

Anti-tamper

Tamper-destructible eggshell film

Brittle by design. Any attempt to lift the seal fractures the face stock into flakes and leaves a void pattern on the surface.

Haptic finishes and specialty varnish lab.

Finishes change how a sticker feels before anyone reads it. The bars show relative surface relief measured across the print.

Clear gel built up in passes so a logo stands proud of the surface and catches the light at an angle.

Hot-stamped metallic foil

Real foil pressed under heat in gold, copper or graphite. Mirror bright, with a hard edge that print cannot fake.

Selective white underbase

An opaque white layer printed only where it is needed, keeping the rest of the film clear or holographic.

Soft-touch velvet matte

A suede-feel laminate that kills glare and hides fingerprints. The one people rub with a thumb without meaning to.

Each stock is run through the same five abuse tests before it is approved for sale. Results below are for cast vinyl with gloss laminate.
